Etihad Airways is in a class of its own, in my experience. It is so bad that no other airline comes close...
click on one of my videos on the right, for more information, aswell as watching events as they unfolded, during a 40 plus hour journey to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Some videos have been removed by Youtube since posting ... I will never fly Etihad again
